Our wines - J-C. Raspail - Domaine de la Mûre - 26340 Saillans
Blend of small grape white Muscat (75 % minimum) and white Clairette.
Clairette brings lightness and freshness and Muscat gives its bouquet.
After the grapes pressing, juices are refrigerated and the half-fermented must is bottled. Fermentation continues in the bottle from the natural sugar in the grape. After fermentation in bottle in air-conditioned cellar, the sediments are eliminated by riddling, then icing disgorgement with neither decanting nor filtering. Carbonation is produced exclusively by fermentation.
A party wine. Ideal for dessert and cocktail, suitable for aperitifs.

Elaborated with 75 % of Muscat and 25 % of Clairette. This blend gives to this wine both fineness and power of the aromas. Ideal for all desserts and suitable for aperitifs. |
Stemming only from Muscat (100 %), this Clairette is very expressive and persistent. Pleasant with a foie gras and ideal for all desserts. |
Dry prestige wine made with Single Clairette grapes and for some with Clairette, Aligoté and Muscat grapes.

Stemming from the Chardonnay grape and matured in oak barrel, this wine is rich in mouth. This maturing gives some toasted and torrefaction aromas. To be tasted with some cooked fishes, foie gras, smoked salmons, white meats and goat's milk cheeses. |
